As our high pressure system starts to sink further south and east, it will start to pull in the storms that it has been deflecting of into the Atlantic. This will also bring in cooler air than of recent times. This will also increase the flood possibility for the north of England upwards as the ground is already water logged. The south of England should just about stay dry, but the high pressure may slip away for a time allowing frontal systems through before returning. Rain fall totals will be high the further north you are in this period. Night time frosts however are equally as likely over the whole country.
We will update you if anything changes!
