The first storm number 4 will arrive Saturday night into Sunday with a pressure of 972mb. The system will pass through the northern parts of Scotland. The public should be aware of 70mph gusts at the peak of the storm as it moves away on Sunday morning. The public should also be aware of spotty surface water flooding throughout the British isles.
Storm 5 is moving in from the north west on Tuesday evening and will move out on wednesday. The central pressure will be 984 and will pass over northern Scotland again. The public should be aware of spotty wind damage however the surface water flooding at this range looks only to affect Scotland. We will keep you updated as we get the information.
