Be prepared for disruption to travel services, interruptions to power supplies and some damage to buildings. YELLOW WARNING of RAIN and WIND for much of southern England, southern parts of East Anglia and southern parts of The Midlands. Issued at:10:41 on Sat 19 Nov 2016 Valid from:00:05 on Sun 20 Nov 2016 Valid to:15:00 on Sun 20 Nov 2016 A spell of heavy rain and some very strong winds are expected to sweep across southern and southeastern parts of England during Saturday night and Sunday morning. Gusts of 45-55 mph are likely inland and 60-65 mph near the coast, but we now expect the strongest winds to affect coastal counties from the Isle of Wight eastwards, where 70-80 mph gusts are possible (see separate Amber warning). Please be aware of the risk of difficult driving conditions due to localised surface water flooding and possible debris from trees.
